A cohort is a group of students who are dual enrolled in their local school or micro school and also in RCA International.
A partner is a school, micro school, church, co-op, or other organization that works with RCA International to support a cohort pathway.
An approved referral partner works under a separate agreement as an independent, commission-only contractor who introduces prospective families or organizations to RCA International through approved channels. Referral partners do not make admissions decisions, collect tuition or sensitive application documents, provide academic or immigration advice, or bind Riviera Christian School.
Cohort setup should not begin until the partner agreement is in place.
Roster files should be uploaded securely and reviewed by staff before applicant records are created.
Agent and referral context is staff-only and separate from applicant-facing admissions standards.
The partner submits organization and contact details.
RCA International confirms fit and completes required agreement/disclosures.
Staff creates the cohort and requests the roster template/upload.
Staff validates the pending roster before creating applicant workflows.
